    During our time together, we may explore patterns in relationships, unpack challenges you're navigating, or simply create space to process what’s happening in your life. My role is to guide the conversation with thoughtful questions, challenging perspective, and insight that help you better understand yourself and the choices in front of you.

  • Mental wellness coaching is not a substitute for therapy, crisis/emergency mental health care, diagnosis, or long term processing of clinical mental health conditions. Coaching not does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

    While therapy focuses on clinical mental health treatment, coaching is a personalized structured space for insight, accountability, and intentional change; focused on patterns, emotional regulation, and practical skill building for real life situations.

  • Mental wellness coaching is not covered by insurance plans. Since coaching is not considered a clinical health treatment, sessions do not have the ability to be billed to insurance providers.

    This allows coaching to remain a space focused on personal insight, reflection, and growth without the requirements that accompany traditional insurance based treatment.

    All sessions are privately paid and offered in consistent & structured coaching packages.

Single sessions are available to clients who have successfully completed a package of any size, to maintain progress and receive support as needed.
